NFFTY and the Next Fifty To Host Free, Two-Day Film Expo
SEATTLE – The largest youth film festival in the world, the National Film Festival for Talented Youth (NFFTY) has added a free, two-day Future of Film Expo to the 2012 festival. The Future of Film Expo Presented By NFFTY and The Next Fifty takes place April 27-28, 2012, and will feature exhibitor booths, speakers, workshops, panels, demonstrations, lounges and networking opportunities, targeting young filmmakers, and film fans of all ages.
For film enthusiasts the Future of Film Expo will have exclusive panels on the newest trends in film technology, music in the film industry and navigating the film school system, as well as, behind the scenes with independent film heavyweights, and more from industry experts.
Attendees don’t have to be filmmakers to have a great time – the Future of Film Expo will be fun for the whole family! There will be an ongoing Film 101 interactive experience where anyone can come and learn the basics of making a movie, and the Xbox 360® Lounge will feature workshops, roundtable discussions, demos and networking. Plus opportunities to hang out and play with Kinect for Xbox 360® and experience the latest in Xbox LIVE® entertainment.
